SOLO Gym is seeking a dynamic Personal Training Manager to lead bespoke fitness programs for high-end clientele. If you have elite certifications and understand the luxury service model, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities
  • Design individualized and small group training programs
  • Recruit and mentor personal trainers
  • Conduct fitness assessments and track progress
  • Ensure a premium experience for all gym members
Qualifications
  • Advanced fitness certifications (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • 5+ years experience, preferably in a luxury gym or private coaching
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Experience managing or leading a training team
