We are seeking a visionary Senior Marketing Manager to lead high-impact campaigns for luxury beauty brands under B.E.A.M. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury or beauty marketing and deep understanding of the Gulf market.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to premium beauty consumers
  • Conduct market analysis and customer insights to inform campaign direction
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver brand-aligned messaging
  • Manage media planning, influencer collaborations, and PR efforts
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on ROI
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in luxury or beauty brands
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience working in or with the Gulf region
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
